    Comments:

First bike since 1996 (a mtb that I've been commuting and bike touring with) and what a great ride! Fast, light, and easy to control! I picked it up used in Sommerville, MA and rode it all the way back to North Station. Looking forward to adding a rack and panniers and seeing where it will take me! I did find the comments about the seat true, so plan on padded shorts or a new saddle!

    Comments:

This bike has been great overall and has suited by commuting needs quite well. The only down side was the seat... VERY uncomfortable! I replaced the seat the bike came with for a much more comfortable high end Bontrager saddle. Quite pleased since I made the switch. Great bike and will continue to support Livestrong, since it's for a great cause. Trek bikes are by far the best!!! Thanks you

      Comments:

This is my first Trek bike. I own two Motobecane one carbon fiber road bike and one off road bike that I have spent a lot of money on to try and convert it to the type of bike that this Trek is. This is a great bike for a great price. Trek even makes a donation to the Livestrong organization. I am a testicular cancer survivor and take every chance that I can to donate to cancer causes. The guys at my LBS went out of their way to help me. I have nerve damage from the chemo in my hands and feet so they installed bar ends and softer grips so that I can change hand positions and lessen the burning and pain. I look forward to buying my next bike from my LBS. Thanks to the guys at the shop.

I recently replaced my circa 1996 MT850 with the Livestrong FX. wow, what a difference. Superb handling on the trails at Waterfall Glen (Darien,Il) and the braking is great! I love the color scheme and overall after 1 month of riding, no complaints.
