I have a 2008 Trek 2.3 with Bontrager RXL tubeless wheels. I have been using tubeless tires for the last 2 years. I spent a lot of money on CO2 cartridges to seat new tires. This pump is the best way to get a blast of air to seat the tire and have the tire "pop" onto the rim. I have a Goodyear i8000 electric pump but now I use this pump to inflate tires before rides. Air nozzle fits both Presta and Schrader. 15 - 20 pumps and I'm ready to ride. I pump 115 lbs of air into the chamber, then lift the Charge lever to Inflate. If you need more air pressure leave the lever at Inflate marker and pump. The Air Gauge is easy to view. You can adjust the tire air pressure with the Bleed Valve. It's just that simple.

      Great Pump with flaw

I really like this pump and I recommend it with the caveat that you must be careful with it. After falling over the hose broke off the body. Snapped clean off. Had the hose been properly looped under the hook below and attached at the top it might not have broken but it wasn't. Road tubeless in particular can be very hard to mount and this is a great pump with a significant flaw. Unlike a compressor it can be taken anywhere and Trek dealers will stand behind it if it does break. A little care should be all that's needed to ensure it works well and it will mount the most recalcitrant tubeless tires.

This is a great product. I purchased the pump instead of an air compressor to convert to tubeless tires. I like the portability and easy storage vs. the compressor. You can charge the thing to 160lbs of pressure, which is actually higher than most small compressors. Had no problems seating my 29ers (Specialized Ground Control with Roval wheels). Fully charged, the tires inflated to about 25 lbs and sealed quickly. Use the relief valve to perfectly adjust the tire pressure. If the pump lasts, it will be a great investment.
