    SHOCKLESS REAR SUSPENSION

    By Jim

    from Chandler AZ

    About Me Casual/ Recreational

    Pros

    • Durable
    • Lightweight
    • Handles Well

    Cons

    • Uncomfortable Seat
    • Poor Tires

    Best Uses

    • Urban Riding

    Comments:

For the money I paid it lacks springing action in rear wheel travel and since I use it for cardiovascular exercise and conditioning it lacks suspension travel in the rear wheel which makes it uncomfortable when sitting and hitting road or path irregularities. Much easier to maintain speed against head against light to medium head winds.

Take the seat off and all the trash on the handle bars and add a simple breaking device, and you have a decent bike. like the tires and rims, bent the rear rim TWICE and was able too true it alll by my-self. joey

      Comments:

I bought this bike for my 9yo son to transition from a kids 24" boxstore MTB bike to his first 26" MTB. We got him a 13" frame. We ride single track together and he's loving it! He loves the 26" wheels and the feel of the 13" frame! He's faster and more confident on the trails! It shifts smoothly and handles well! I can't think of a better bike for him to transition to!! He's riding with the big boys now!

I love this bike. Great smooth ride. I need to get it in to get it adjusted. The chain keeps coming off when switching to the larger sprocket. Other than that it's an awesome bike. Comfortable seat and position. Would definitely recommend it.

I really enjoy this bike, I do cross country trips between 25-30 miles on it. The seating position is upright which makes it more comfortable than the aggressive position a road bike provides.
