          Comments:

I'm 66 was riding a Harley for the last 20 years recently moved to Florida which has numerous wonderful bike trails. I started on an old used huffy went to the Trek dealer who allowed me toride several types and I was hoping to not notice a big difference to the Huffy that I had..Well there was a huge difference the adage you get what you pay for. The Trek bike is all quality. I started down 1 mile then 5 miles then 10.now I'm up to 25 but I know for real bikers that's nothing but for me it's been huge. you end up going places you would normally not, see things you normally would not see so it's been a blast and I recommended highly

                  Comments:

I am 67 and pretty well out of shape. Bought this bike from our local bike shop after much consideration. I intend using the bike on a daily basis and slowly building up my stamina so's I can pedal down to our local village which is an approximate 12 km. trip. All this in preparation for a cross-country trip on my 70th birthday! Wishful thinking perhaps? Anyways, I love the way this bike handles and the gears are a cinch to use. Also, feel much more secure at faster speeds with the wider set of wheels, very responsive brakes and easy handling. A pleasure to ride.

                    Comments:

Walking into my local Trek store, I expressed interest in a "comfort bike that I could beat up a little." I was led to the dual-sport bikes, but they were more aggressive than I was looking for. After trying a Verve comfort bike, I spied this Shift 2 and insisted on a test ride. Sold, instantly. I'm 6'0. I have been looking for a good multipurpose bike since I grew out of my BMX/Freestyle 15 years ago. For casual street riding, this bike feels like a throwback to an old-school BMX, yet the front-end suspension handles bumps and light terrain much to the comfort of the distinctive adult . I live in Florida and we have tons of gravel/sand/grass service roads that lead to beautiful scenery, and this bike handles them with ease and speed. Fun, fun, fun!
