If your local Trek Bicycle Store lowers the price on any item you purchased from us within 30 days, we will gladly refund the difference in price when you bring your receipt in (even if it is crumpled and coffee-stained). During the first few months of riding, it is normal for your new bike's parts to "settle in" during the break-in period. Professional Service Department
Our service technicians are professionally trained and certified to work on all makes and models of bicycles — not just the ones we sell. Each year, every member of our service team participates in product clinics with factory service representatives to learn about the newest technology in the industry. Layaway Policy
Need to hid a bike as a gift? Or maybe you don't quite have enough cash on hand? We can help. You can use our layaway program, which requires a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the purchase price to hold the product. All layaways are for a maximum of 30 days. Once an item is paid in full, it should be picked up promptly. No refunds will be made on the deposit, though it can be applied toward the purchase of a different product.

Armed Forces Discount
We salute our troops. In appreciation of their service to our country, members of the armed forces — including active, reserve, and retired veterans — can show their military ID at our stores to receive 10% OFF regularly priced accessories.
