SHIPPING (Continental U.S.)

Three shipping options are offered for merchandise delivery. All orders of $100 or more are eligible for FREE STANDARD SHIPPING.

1. 1 Day — All 1-Day orders will be sent via UPS
2. 2 Day — All 2-Day orders will be sent via UPS
3. Standard Shipping — All orders will be sent via trackable and insurable lowest-cost method based on your address and weight of your order.

Note: Orders usually ship within one business day of being placed. Next-day (overnight) orders are usually delivered by the end of the following day.

Most orders ship within one business day of the order placement. Normally it will arrive in 3 to 7 business days using standard shipping

Please note that items do not ship from our fulfillment center on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Trek Bicycle Store charges Continental U.S. shipping based on the table below. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. When calculating how long shipping will take, make sure you count business days.

SHIPPING & HANDLING UP-CHARGES

Please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size or weight.

If orders contain a poster AND other item(s), a $2.00 surcharge will be applied at time of shipment to cover additional shipping charges. This charge will be applied after the order ships.

Food shipping charges may vary by weight.

Wheels and wire-bead (non-folding) tires will be subject to a shipping upcharge.

Helmets shipped using 2-Day or 1-Day shipping options may incur a $25 shipping surcharge.

Trainers will add an additonal $24.99 shipping surcharge.

Bike transfers within the same market (eg. Omaha Midtown to Omaha Papillion) are free of charge. Out-of-market bike transfers will incur a $75 packing and shipping surcharge.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CANADA

Canadian orders will be charged based on the table below:

International orders will be shipped using our current lowest cost carrier depending on country. 

The shipping cost shown in the shopping cart is only an estimate. International shipping rates very.  Please place your order and we will calculate actual shipping costs. If they are different than the estimate we will email for your approval before we ship your order.

Trek Bicycle Store is not responsible for taxes or duties. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the contents of all packages destined outside of the United States and subsequently these may be subject to local import duties and taxes levied by the carrier (UPS or USPS) on behalf of the local customs authority.

Any orders shipped internationally that are not accepted or returned will be issued a refund only after all applicable custom fees and penalties have been deducted from the total amount billed.

IN-STORE PICKUP

Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

INFORMATION SECURITY

We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your online account.

We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.

BACKORDERS

Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on the original order.

RETURNS

Our goal is to outfit you with the proper equipment, clothing and accessories to enhance your cycling experience. That's why trekbicyclestores.com and our Trek Bicycle Store locations are prepared to provide you with our Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will exchange any item or refund your purchase within 30 days of your original purchase.

In-Store Purchase
In-store purchases can be returned or exchanged at any of our Trek Bicycle Store locations. Items purchased with Trek Store Gift Cards can be exchanged or returned for store credit. Without a receipt, an item with original tags intact can be returned to any Trek Store Bicycle Store location for an exchange or store credit. Online Purchase
To return an online purchase there are three options:

1. You may return the item to the nearest Trek Bicycle Store location.

Please bring the item and packing list that was sent along with the item. This will act as your receipt. One of our customer service associates will assist you in completing the transaction(s).

 2. Fill out the return form and send it with the merchandise to:

We recommend UPS or USPS Priority Mail to guarantee delivery of your return.

Once we have received the package, all returns/exchanges will be processed within 48 hours. It may take up to 10 business days for refunds to be posted to your credit/debit card statement.

* Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items. Videos and DVDs can only be exchanged for the same title. They cannot be exchanged for other merchandise, and we are unable to provide refunds on these products. Trek Bicycle Store Gift Cards cannot be returned. Other exceptions and restrictions may apply.
